Shipping

We offer free ground shipping (3-5 day delivery) everyday on all orders within the United States. We offer free 2-day shipping for all orders over $100. Expedited shipping may be purchased at checkout (delivery times and price will be quoted at checkout based on the items in your cart). Tracking information is provided for all shipments once the order is fulfilled. All orders are shipped from our location in Boulder, Colorado, USA.

Currently, we are only able to ship to the United States.

Returns

We are confident that you'll love our products. However, if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason please contact us! We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase.

1. Start the return process - Email us at customerservice@trulyo2.com or call us at (720) 551-5320. Please include your order number and tell us which product you would like to return.

2. Print and Pack - Our customer service will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Print the shipping label and securely pack the products in the original packaging, if possible. Seal the box and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

3. Ship - Drop off your package at any United States Postal Service (USPS) accesspoint, including post offices, USPS blue collection boxes, your home mailbox, or some retail shipping stores. You can use the tracking number supplied on the prepaid label to track the shipments progress.

Once we receive your return, we will apply a refund to the payment method you used upon purchase within three business days. Please note that your bank may take up to several additional days to post the refund to your account. If you used a gift card to pay for all or part of your order, you will be issued a refund in gift card format for the appropriate value and any amount remaining will be returned to the other original payment method as applicable. You will receive a refund confirmation email with the return and refund information for reference.

Returns - Installments with Shop Pay

Returns for purchases made through Installments with Shop Pay are handled the same as normal returns except for the refund amounts.

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

  • A smaller payment balance on the final payment
  • Less future payments on the remaining loan balance

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
